Differentiate users by badges
We don't need to track people / see who is talking to who. KISS principles.
- chapter for each region (2000 wineries in australia)
- sign them all up as suppliers (to enter their products)
- wineries now get to know their actual customers (one to one) within cellar social
- wine searcher tab
- subdomains - for wineries to sell p2p to clients. eg westcoastvineries.cellar.social
- the _wineries_ do the sales, as they have the liquor licences.
- cellar social is market maker, takes a % of sales.

- Two kinds of users are planned:
- User. Able to view/zap/comment reviews.
- Critic. Able to do everything that User can, plus leave a review. Critics will have different badges.
- All users will have profiles (nostr metadata) with ability to edit.
- The main target is mobile devices, but desktops have to be supported too.
- Use nostr.build to avoid inappropriate data.
