This issue happened before, where the landing page's 'Latest Mods' is showing mod posts if there was a recent edit, when that shouldn't be the case.

Expected: It should show latest published mods, not latest edited mods.

Note: I'm assuming/guessing this issue happened again because of the NDK refactor.
