  • NSFW toggle, which changes the defaults of the local toggles on any page

Actually... I'm thinking of scrapping these....
Remove the 'notifications' section, remove the 'consider those who zap/tip' checkbox, and regarding NSFW.... there doesn't seem like there's a need for that, so let's just remove it.
