If the site WoT level is 0, then it should show all mod posts (assuming non of who I follow has blocked a user who has a mod post), but that's not happening. This issue is apparent on landing and /mods (and probably elsewhere too like profile?).

Weirdly enough, it's working fine if I change the source from current domain to source: all.
