Steps to reproduce (by @freakoverse):

i log into the site's wot npub
change wot level from what appears to be 0 to 6 (as an example)
save. published to relays
refresh the page and log back in, wot is 0 (should be 6)
however, if i go to another browser and log into a normal user, and go to preferences, i see wot as 6 (should've been 0, assuming users never touched it)
if i repeat this process again, let's say changing wot to 3, the site's wot npub would see 0, but everyone else would have their wot changed to 3
what's even more interesting/weird, is that i changed the wot of that user (not site's wot npub) to 10 as an example, and its showing (applying?) 10 for every user (aside from site's wot npub)
