Create new npub (in my case i created it using keys.band extension (save the private key somewhere, since u can't export it from that extension))
Login into degmods
Go to settings > relays
Can't add any relays (issue 1)
Go to settings > preferences
Adjusted wot level to something like 5
Refresh, log back in, go back to preferences
Wot is 0 (it is actually 5 since it was published and from previous testing to confirm this, but it isn't fetched) (issue 2)
After adding relays from another client (nostrudel.ninja > relays > mailboxes > inbound and outbound relays), issue 2 is no longer an issue

What should happen

Even if an npub doesn't have any relays yet, a user should be able to add relays in degmods
Wot level should be fetched and presented, even if the user doesn't have relays
