Sometimes publishing a mod hangs in a specific scenario #165

  1. Go to degmods.com
  2. Click the Submit Mod button
  3. Stay on that page for a while (go to different tabs, watch a youtube video or something, basically leave it up for... let's say 10 minutes?)
    3.1. Fill it up before you go away or fill it up after, I'm not sure on that (but shouldn't matter?)
  4. Hit the submit button
  5. Publishing gets stuck loading forever and doesn't publish.

Want to, along the way on a separate issue ticket, add that popup for publishing to relays? To visually see what's happening / makes things easier for both devs and users with that good visual feedback. (since pay think that it's actually doing something when it's not, when it hangs).

See if you can check for the ndk connection, if it's connected, if not connect again ndk.connect()
