"Are you above 18?" popup for nsfw post (shares the same) #203

if a user flips on nsfw filter, the popup appears asking if they're above 18, however, if a user visits a post directly and it was nsfw, nothing prevents them from viewing it.

  1. to have that popup appear if visiting a nsfw post (toggled by creator or admin)
  2. if either of the popups gets triggered and the user clicks yes, then it would save in local storage for both of them (like how it is now for the filter)
  3. in mod post with nsfw specifically, if the user clicks 'no' then they'd be redirected to the home page.
