Similar to /mods, to apply the WoT effects for the comments section in a mod post or blog post, and having the filter for it.

Note: The filter here shows all options, similar to admin, however, the options that disable site WoT would trigger a popup up asking for confirmation (and gets saved in local storage so that it doesn't get triggered again) "are you sure?" / "The site is no responsible for what people post, more so if you disable the site's Web of Trust filter"
