To create a /news page, and have the navigation for it in the top nav bar.

Within that page:

  1. Normal blog posts
  2. Posts are fetched from a list of npubs, and that list is a list event (address added in the code)
  3. Pagination
  4. Title: News (Sub-title: Gaming news brought to you by community members of gamers across the web, lightly curated/filtered by DEG Mods)
  5. Hides blocked content
  6. Tag based filter on the page, default filter: gaming
