Since the popup themselves already have scroll, and the site/ has scroll enabled as well, it's resulting in a double-scroll.

When a popup appears, the scroll of should be disabled, and reenabled after the popup disappears/closes.

Popup examples: zap, zap split, login, register, (the eventual reply system popup), etc.
