After a SIGit round, each signer / viewer gets a DM so they can export a signed / decrypted zip file

It should be possible, as part of this export step, to set up a password

In this way, anyone un-compressing the file would need to enter that password

This means that on the VERIFY tab, we should also have an option to enter that password before verifying
