To improve app reliability we should make use of the https://relay.sigit.io/ relay by default

To keep it performant we should whitelist the relay to only the kinds we use in SIGit, eg:

  • 0 (metadata)
  • 10003 (relay list)
  • 78 / 30078 (app data)

Plus the various other kinds we make use of.
