Sign Page - Navigates back to /sign after singing #142

After filling out the mark form field and clicking sign, we are moved to the next screen where we sign and publish the doc signature event.
Confirming and signing again gives green toast with Notification sent message and it navigates back to the /sign page with empty mark form fields., instead of verify page.

Edit: Going back to dashboard and refreshing we can see that event was actually signed and completed.

I've not been able to reproduce this issue. Unless other people still encounter it, I'm going to close it.
