Header should scroll normally with the content on the desktop, no need to have it fixed, it's okay to keep the header in the normal flow.

We need to make sure that sticky columns and sticky positions are updated to stick at the new top without header included.

We should keep the header as fixed on the mobile devices to match the native app look and feel.
