  • add notifications button in header/nav (w/ badge for new notifications, red dot for new/unread)
  • add notification page with appropriate elements

Functionality:

  • state (read, unread) will be cached locally
  • auto-delete notification after X amount of time
  • Notifications page, when viewed, will update all to read and result in the removal of the red dot in the nav
