In the verify screen of a sigit, there should be an option to "rebroadcast"

This will re-send the notifications to each counterparty (plus viewers if completed)

If a client receives a notification which is older than the current, or equal, it is simply discarded

(This will help to fix situations where a counterparty does not receive the sigit)

It should be possible for anyone (with access to the verify screen) to rebroadcast
