Missing options if no marks are added to Sigit #286

We used to have an option secondary sign screen where you could sign a sigit, it would skip marking and go directly to this screen if there were no marks, but now with the screen removed we only have sign page and if marks are missing we don't:

  1. Show PdfView - was not affected since we went directly to the secondary view
  2. Show Sign and Complete button - the secondary view had its own dedicated button
