There should be the possibility to view the sent and received DMs

We should implement NIP-17: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/17.md

The meta.json should be be in a dedicated kind-14 tag

If kind 10050 (hence NIP-17) is unavailable, we can use NIP-04 with the meta.json in the content body. Every counterparty should receive every DM, so that status can always be updated.
