Closes #143

  • Refactor /mod/:naddr page - useLoader for all the data
  • Refactor /mods page - useLoader for fetching lists

Closes #107

  • Add generic report popup and repost option
  • Expand mods to include repost tag and author fields
    • Append repost tag if it's missing
  • Split mod and blog filters
  • Add repost filtering
