create page doesn't match the sign and verify size
font in the render and the final pdf file is different
font size in the render and the final pdf files is different
text position changes based on the render and the final pdf file (possibly due to centering?)

Possibly find the scale value of the rendered image and apply that during the drawing phase for the pdf with the corrected value
